At Elsmore Swim Shop, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next race or training session. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached; please note that custom team suits and technical racing suits may be subject to stricter return limitations.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip before shipping the parcel back to our fulfillment center using your preferred carrier.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days, applying the credit back to your original payment method.
